Since I had so many pictures of both hiking around the Grand Canyon, and at the sunset, I have decided to split the Grand Canyon Day trip into two posts.
In case you didn't know, I like a good sunset. I think it is the most beautiful time of the day. The shadows get longer, the sky turns all these beautiful colours, and also tints any clouds in the sky the same colours. And New Mexico has some stunning sunsets. Pretty much every day. But sunset at the Grand Canyon was just something else entirely. It is the most beautiful natural image I have ever seen. I can't think of any other words to describe it. It was magical, something out of a fairy-tale.
